The weekend went well. Got the transom going the right way and started on the engine

Getting the motor mount issue sorted....PO had it backward.

That motor mount bed looks like it's raw wood, is there some sort of barrier on it to keep water from soaking in? That wood is right down in the bilge with that inline setup sitting on the ribs.

The mount is marine plywood with resin on it. The alignment is good now.

Hopefully a video of her firing up will be today. It has been over 10 years since this motor ran.
