I've seen a couple of rebuilds on iBoats that have used it, and while it sounds attractive because of the completely non-rotting nature, the process of building suitable forms involves materials you'll use once and toss, and the Seacast is very spendy.
I saw another guy use all composite material in the same way you'd use plywood to make stringers, then build an aluminum frame above them for the remaining structure. Elegant and probably rock solid, but way more money and time than the good old-fashioned methods.
Those 2 2x8x12's I used were $11 each. Hard to compare that to $220 for a 5-gal pail of Seacast. (And all the plywood to use as a form)
