Dang IT John I really want to rip my interior apart and redo it now. UGH that is sharp and I am insanely Jealous. I really do think I actually want to get rid of the way Starcraft did mine originally and go with the side hatches.

That is one insanely good looking boat. It is basically what I wanted the Silver Lining to look like. Its going to be a long winter because I very well may tear my interior apart and redo it now based almost entirely off of yours. I love the curved windshield and dashes again I am insanely jealous.

Hi Sig thanks, what I'm trying to do is make the boat more modern looking, there's nothing wrong with the way starcraft did it originally, by the way that is the original windshield the previous owner cut the side support arms off, I positioned the side windows a little more outward for better wind deflection.

Hey GA, Thanks. Dozer and I rebuild in completely different ways he goes for the origional look and does an awesome job of it, and as far as I'm concerned I couldn't even come close to his impeckable detail, he's a perfectionest I'm not, so I think that if anyone wanting to rebuild a boat would certainly gain a lot more valuable information from his rebuilds, I have to say I've learned a lot from him as well as many others on this site.

Hey Jig, under the floor, along the side panels under the rod storage on both sides, and 2 large 1 1/2 ft foam blocks at the rear up under the behind on each side of the splashwell, where the jump seats are going to be.

Wow John really nice job on the interior of this one. Do you make the side hatches from scratch or are you picking them up from your Buddy then covering them? Yea I don't think we want a tinny build off, but then again my Holiday isn't started yet and it is going to take me a little bit to plan that one!!

Everything ties in great - love it. Do those seats just screw/bolt down to the floor, or is there additional structure in there.

Thanks Glen I built the side hatches from scratch but I origionally built them for my keeper, decided to build different ones for it so I took them off and am using them for my current rebuild, I do a lot of planning by looking at new boats online, starcraft etc; Thanks Peter the seat bases just screw down I haven't done that yet don't want them in the way when we're working, was just testing to check the placement and look.

Got the rear access door built and installed, added cup holders and latch.
