Transom going in.




Beefed up some of the floor structure with some aluminum angle.

Scored a pickup load of free foam chunks. Not the prettiest foam job, but the price was right and she'll float.



Floor cut out, went with 5/8". Used a deck restore wood sealer to coat the ply with, had a little help even.





And screwed down in the boat.

More paint removal. Puke!



And painting the topside surfaces. Just rattle canned it with the rusto pro.





Rails back on and some of the other odds and ends.



Transom trim, end caps and cleats.



Love these step pads.

Thanks Irv, I was a little nervous going with this herringbone/tweed looking pattern it has versus the standard random fleck pattern. It has a vintage look, kinda like my boat. =)

Time to strap on the boots and get something done on this beast!
