The rib end deck rivets will be behind the side panels and not visible so it's your call on the countersink.

Lookin good :thumb:

I was looking back at yours and thought you didn't counter sink the rib ends. We have different style hulls and wasn't quite sure about mine.
Thanks for the info..

Did some more foam fitting today and placed the next deck sheet in. I didn't rivet it down yet. Still need to
cut and drill the holes for the seat base..
I went with the 5/16x18 stainless steel t-nuts. Going to use the Springfield plug-in package that I-boats sells here..:thumb:
No pics today..

What is up with the quote button.. I can't do more than one quote at a time. I click on multiple quotes and it shows them at the top of the screen that they or there but only one shows at the bottom at a time..
Help with this??

I noticed that too a while back with the quotes, you could post a question about it in the website issues forum.

The multi-quote problem is a known issue and "is being worked" they said.

Thanks for all your comments..

You can copy and paste the quote code format and produce your own multiple quotes.

Did some work during the week. Put some more foam in the boat and laid out the holes for the seats. Put in the ss t-nuts and sealed the cut out hole with some spar.
Had 85 deg Friday and down to 36 deg this morning.. Texas has some crazy weather.. No boat work today..

The admiral was on craigslist Friday and found a Consew heavy duty sewing machine for $75.00. Told me lets go get it..

Sometimes she just out wright amazes me..:first: I guess now I have to do something amazing for her..

Thanks jbcurt00 for the info. I will try it.

Was able to do some more work today.. Finished the foam and buttoned down the remaining floor.. I need to seal all of the countersunk rivets and level the seams between the joints where the plywood is a little uneven.. I am going to try and mix some of the sanding dust I collected with some titebond III and see how that works..
Couple of pics of the day..

Nice, things are going to take right off now that you got the deck in.

Thanks for all your replies gentleman.. Have not done much work on the boat lately. Been taking the Admiral to a heart specialist. She will be going into the hospital for a angioplasty this Thursday. Doctor says she has some blockage he needs to repair.. She should be in the hospital for a day..

Have a question about the Nautolex flooring. Which Nautolex did you use? The 74" non-woven backing or the 72" woven backing. I need to order some and not sure which one to use. Thinking the 72" woven.
Any advice will be appreciated..

I used the 72" woven on both my boats.

Take good care of the miss's and I hope all goes well. My sis in law had that done not long ago, it was pretty cool how they went up her arm to get in there and clear it out.

Wowsers! Best wishes to your lady! I hope it all goes smooth and easy. :)

I don't know about the vinyl flooring stuff but may be researching it soon. Am considering using something on my KF over top of the painted deck. Just thinking, mind you... :D

Had the procedure done on the Admiral Thursday morning. The doctor only found a minor blockage and didn't have to use any stents.. Said he can treat her with medication. He did find some trouble with her right lung and said we need to see a pulmonary specialist..
So I guess it's good news and a little bad news..

Glad to hear that the heart issue was minor. Hopefully the lung thing will be too.

Last year I was having a little extra pressure with my right lung. Turned out to be caused by sleep apnea! Got a CPAP machine and it all cleared up. Simple. Maybe her situation will be similar.

Best wishes to the both of you! :)
