I bought this boat and the previous owner said the floor was replaced, it is solid but when I pulled the drain plug about the tenth trip it was clogged with a bunch of what looked liked rotted wood and acorns. The boat seems solid everywhere. Is there a chance that this was left over from the restore or is there trouble beneath? Any ideas on what to do or look for?

and the previous owner said the floor was replaced,

Ayuh,... If Only the decking was replaced, it was probably installed over Rotten stringers,+ transom...

The deck usually rots because the stringers were saturated, that means they rotted before the deck. And the transom is usually gone with the stringers. A new deck is just a cover up job. Its rather like spray painting rust on a car.
