I started working on that garbage marine plywood this week.
Had several setbacks, but 5 days later,. I'm not going to say its done, but its covered 4-5 layer and the voids have been poured with milled fibers and epoxy, everything is epoxy,
took 2-3 ozs. on the 1 edge to finally fill up.
This dang sheet has football/biscuits on both sides.not even 1 good finished side.
And it looks better than pics show, there is a good bit of nap from the roller in the final coat, well I did 2 coats today. but the camera
is really blowing it out of proportion.
But these rollers I ordered (amazing)did you get that.?
They were a very good price, but wish I had paid more for less nap.
sometimes what you think you're getting and what shows up is a lowered expectation.
Oh well plywood is Pre-prepped, and ready for me when I need it.
probably safe to say, from here on it's BCX, CDX or acx.
I can end up with same or better, for less money.
but it takes a lot of time to fill and cover completely.
Pretty sure I could just toss that in water and it would last a few years.
