My Nauticus smart trim tabs came in yesterday. I will be installing it tomorrow with a possible try-out the week after. Pictures forth coming after installation.
I love that new below the deck aluminum tank. It gives me more space and a better center of gravity.

What a great job!
The fact you skinned the bow and put it all back together is amazing.

Thanks Cheapboatkev. I went on your thread quite a bit while researching. Now I'm looking to built a long bench. I would like to built it light using 1" square aluminum tubing for the frame and Coosa board for the outside with piano hinges on the inside to be able to access the inside.

Weather is too hot to work on boat in South Florida right now.
1. Install my trim tabs
2. start making plans for my long bench.
3. Reinforce gunwales for downriggers.

Metal boat...blistering heat...throw a steak on the bow and cook lunch while you work..

It gets unbearable in SWFL Summers..Winter is the time to be out when it's nice and cool, like 80 degrees..lol

I have just installed the new smart trim Nauticus. I'm dying to take the boat for a test run but I unfortunately
misplaced my boat keys. I called the Starcraft/Suzuki dealer in Venice, Florida and they're ordered me a new key.

My boat is finally finished. I built a back seat with back rest both hinged for storage and access. It's constructed of 1" aluminum tubing held by rivets and aluminum L brackets. I used light starboard for backrest and seat platform. The upholstery was done by a professional. The back rest(s) swings up to give access under the splash well. The seat flip up toward the bow to give access to box.

This year, we also bought 2 motocross to take with us on our vacation to Canada. So we had to figure out how to load them into the Holiday for transport without damaging either the boat interior or the motorcycles.

For the amount of time, effort, and money into the boat, I would not want to take a chance with something going wrong with the loading of the bikes (or leaking of fluids). If it were my setup, I'd look into a different trailer. Nothing says you can't find a longer trailer and fab up some racks to hold the little TTRs up on the tongue. Would make for easier loading and unloading (just one person) and would protect your boat/investment. These guys have a wide selection of carriers to choose from, and may have something that will allow you to hook your trailer up to (instead of mounting a carrier on the tongue).
