ok i got a hour on the trailer tonight. the ball coupler is on, the swivel jack is on. all but 1 roller is on, i cant seem to find a 6 inch black rubber roller. i got to take the driver fender and get a dent out and rebend the brackets more. safety chains got to be mounted, hand crank also.oh and the bunks painted and carpeted. it will be done this weekend. no questions not much daylight now days. i get home at quarter after 6 so im doing as much as i can after work.

Rattle cans don't seem to work for large areas. For the trailer :noidea:

But a fairly inexpensive option is the Preval sprayer. You can mix Rusto Pro with hardener and use the Preval. It's an aerosol sprayer with a paint jar and propellant. Preval Sprayer Pro-Pack-0225 at The Home Depot I haven't personally used it yet, but one of our painting gurus says it works.

ok picked up a roller and a v wedge thingy. going to the big box lumber yard to get some 2x4s and screws to build saw horses and a motor stand. fastners to finish the trailer and carpet for the bunks. hope to start the boat work then the madness will begin. i plan to flip over and start scrubbing it down and prep for paint.i got to get to hf and pick up that sprayer . wish me luck i have a huge list to do this weekend. good weather also so i will make shure to get a butt load of pics.

did some work on the trailer, she is almost done. i had toremove the fender to take to work ot bend it more. i just need a few more fasteners and lights and she done.

well as you saw i made horses, as you can see no major dents. i started clean the aluminum trim.who ever painted from the factory must have been drunk or it was 5 pm on friday.

ok well the admiral aske waht i wanted for christmas. i said boat steering. i want to keep the orignal rope wheel. i like to get a teleflex or something like it. i seen a few on epay, but dont know what to get. i want it to be right. part numbers would be great.

Big - you can get a Uflex Rotech kit/wheel for less than $150.

I say with a wheel because I'm not sure the old rope wheel fits a modern system.

You have to measure for the cable length. Otherwise the kits are exactly the same. Use a garden hose or these instructions. Uflex USA - leader in steering and control systems for boats
