Yep you want this to fit fairly snug so when the motor clamps back on there will be NO voids.

wood, i remember one of your threads had your exact PB formula, now i cant seem to find it, can you send me your mixture ingredients formulas please and thanks in advance?

^^^^^ that was a dumb question by me. Lol
Figured it out, there's no real "formula" everything depends on how much you need. I "whipped" up a mini batch of PB for practice and it's easy. Supposed to be raining here for a week so I doubt I'll be able to do much glassing for a bit. Will update with more pics when I move forward

Another dumb moment lol
Took the family camping for the long weekend, and when i got home i checked how my hull crack had filled and if it hardened. Well I discovered i think i forgot to add hardener to my PB mix because yep, still wet as can be. DUH now i have to clean it out and do it again. Were approaching the fall and all i have left is to Re-do the crack, Glass in the transom and glass the floor to the Hull. Then i think i will tarp it for the cold weather here up north, i might get into some of the electrical work during the winter but we will see.
