So that puts us back to the titebond III for the plywood repair.
better than the original, and its sitting on my shelf.. that was easy.

regarding the polyeurathane glue question - I accept the premise from wood and wonder about the extensive use that watercraft resto folks make of products like PL construction adhesive - which is a poly glue... just sayin. - and thanks for not holding back.

thanks guys. didnt mean to get sidetracked earlier. wife did not fully appreciate some comments - as I was laughing my tail off.

after re reading posts, noticed woods advice was to inject epoxy.

My plan (and feel welcome to convince me otherwise) is to titebond III the plywood , then coat the endgrains with epoxy/ fiberglass resin to seal her up. Further, seal the endgrain of all of the other 3/4 ply used under the bow.
