a good generic base line for carb setting is 1 turn out from lightly seated.some models will say 3/4 turn some 1 1/4 so thats why i said GENERIC base line.if it runs then you adjust from there on both high and low ,preferably in the water under load.seeing as how it hasnt run in a few you might want to find the thread " awaking a sleeping outboard".remember thats a 24:1 mix motor not 50:1
