I have went and checked points, aswell as seeing coils were replaced, i have strong spark, but i noticed, it will bark on starting fluid, but not stay running. It has 90 psi on both cylinders, and i can see the bowl of the carb is full. I cleaned the carb, but did not rebuild, and i notice, when the motor starts, the level in the fuel bowl doesnt change

I also changed the fuel lines and ensured fuel was moving from the tank. Noted, the tank does leak around the gasket, but the primer feels firm

Is there a glass bowl under the carburetor?----Is there a filter in there ?----Are the 2 hoses hooked up correctly.-----------I can not see or touch your motor.-----But I know those motors inside / out.

There is a glass bowl underneath which i can see fill up with gas when priming. Both fuel hoses were replaced and i believe were hooked uo correct
The left side of yhe fitting to the carb, right side to the block

You have spark.-----You have compression.----So need to look into CRANKCASE compression.----Need to revisit carburetor work.-----I have a couple of these green motors for parts.-----Would be an easy fix here !

What do you mean by crankcase compression

Filer bowl level DOES NOT change when motor starts.-----Remove the lower carburetor needle.-----Operate primer on the pressure tank.-----Does fuel flow out of the carburetor bowl , yes or no ?

When piston comes down it compresses the new fuel charge in the crankcase.-----When piston is fully down the fresh charge rushes into the cylinder ----It is compressed when piston goes up in the cylinder.-----Many videos on U-TUBE explain this concept,--Some better than others.----See post #17 as I added a test.

By "cleaned carb" did you take it apart? You need to get a carb kit, and properly clean/rebuild it. Remove the plug on top of the carb and clean the idle circuit underneath the little plug. Clean out all the passageways with spray carb cleaner. I'd also replace the float.
