1970 Larson Lapline - Floor Help Needed

Welcome! My recommendation to you is to start with posting some pics so we can all see what you are talking about. Secondly, If you have a rotten floor, then you almost certainly have rotten stringers, bulkheads and transom. You will find that the flor is the least of your worries right now...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

The only propane heater I have is the one in my pics from way back when I started trains the boat apart.....the harbor freight tank that creates a little fire pit inside... grays amazingly well... but I had to vent the tent

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

Of course.......It's going to be warm when I am stuck working all weekend😂. I get done here in 40 min...Going to use what little light is left today to slap a layer of paint on the trailer. This t5rialer should give me good practice for when it comes time to redo my boat trailer! On a side...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

Going on maybe a month since anything productive was accomplished. Boat is no longer in my yard so that makes things slightly harder to work on it....Not to mention the fact that all my toys and tools are still at my house so nothing much can be done until everything is at the storage unit. With...

    Careful what ya wish for…

My guy, that looks like a fun project wit huge potential! With that being said, you are possibly in for a massive task. You can watch YouTube resto videos for another year....but that won't change how old and decrepit this boat might be. I am in the middle of a full resto myself. I have quite...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

It is registered and titled..... that doesn't matter... the city has had a rat issue and is hard pressed to make sure yards don't have insane overgrowth of weeds.... or any options for rats to congregate.....sure... you've got garages but not much they can si about permanent structures.... but...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

Don't know....but I do know the trailer would be towed away by the city. It's also a rental, so the landlord wouldn't be happy.

Changing it to: Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons along the way. Looking for advice. But how do I edit the title? Or do I just create a new thread and share the link to this one in...

Ya know what, you are 100% correct!!! I also love this title!!! I am totally changing it to this if I can figure out how!!!!😂😂😂😂 Will do! I will not overexert myself, but at the same time, if I am feeling up to it and not having too much pain, I am 100% going to be productive...even if it...
