    Hi, thank you for yor replies. When I split the casing it looked like it had never been opened. I don't have the inner workings to hand as they are at a friends workshop.

    Googling Tecumseh V70 brings up an engine with a series 125xxx. The exploded parts plan kinida looks like the picture. Some parts are still available. Think I'll try and fire it up and see what happens :)

    Bought a boat and this came with it. Tried googling OCEAN outboards and the serial number with no success. The only info I can see are Model V70 - 125152 Serial 13620 Anybody help please?
