Ocean outboard ID Required

Bought a boat and this came with it. Tried googling OCEAN outboards and the serial number with no success. The only info I can see are

Model V70 - 125152
Serial 13620

Anybody help please?

That looks to be " homemade " to me.-----A Tecumseh 4 stroke engine on an outboard midsection.------Motor from the 1960's and midsection from the 30's or 40's.----Doubt you will find any manual or information.-----You may find something for Tecumseh under a V70 model designation.

Googling Tecumseh V70 brings up an engine with a series 125xxx. The exploded parts plan kinida looks like the picture. Some parts are still available. Think I'll try and fire it up and see what happens
