    mercury xr6 150 will not start

    This engine has not been started for 2 years. I have spark. I am using new fuel, so bad gas is not a factor. I suspect that the carbs are gummed up and the floats are stuck becuase fuel is getting to lines attatched to the carbs. The engine will start with stater fluid but will not continue...

    2001 bayliner battery connection

    I have a 2001 bayliner rendezvous 2109 model with 150 xr6 merc. The battery was disconnected and I am not sure which terminal to connect the strand (4 or 5 wires with 1 connector) of thin black wires to? Any help would be greatly appreciated
