picked up a motor for a great price a while back and im just getting around to working on it. taking the water jacket cover off 6 of the 7 bolts snapped off in the block. with heat oil and easy outs i cant get none of them to budge..anyone have these issues im about to just toss this motor...

with all my gear the weight is around 1600lbs, the boat has 2007 40 efi on the back..right now its spinning 3000rpm's wide open @26mph..prop is 10 1/8"x15p..the cav plate is even with the bottom of the boat..what can i do to bring the rpm's up
my well mate has owned it since 1990 and this work horse has well over 8000 hours of run time on her..compression is 115-110..the power pack has been replaced 3 times now all cdi (2001,2005,2010)..it starts up and purrs when he is trolling and most of the power band,its having a hard time...
