    Using garden hose attachment on Mercury Outboard

    I recently purchased a boat with a 1998 Mercury 150 efi. I read the manual and used a garden hose connected to the hose attachment for flushing. It says not to use anything over 45psi. I am not sure how much water pressure I used. If I did open the hose to much and used too much water...
