    Do a compression test before anything. What Fuel pump are you using? Did you remove the Blue VRO Nipple and replace it with a standard brass nipple?

    You need a new impeller sanding it down destroyed it. Have you tried to unplug the pee hole? Maybe as simple as it is plugged up.

    Are all the parts for the primer knob in good condition? They do like to break and will not pull the stator forward.

    Open the low speed screw on the carb an 1/8 of a turn at a time until it goes away. It sounds like a lean sneeze.

    And get a big garbage can and some salt away to try and clear the passages. Take any thermostats and poppet valves out when you do it.

    Turn the knob all the way to the right after you prime it. That will give you a high idle to warm it up.
