I have a 04-05 Johnson 9.9 ran fine last year, I put it in storage and over the winter idk what happened, you can choke the motor and it starts up, push the choke in and the motor dies it will not idle unless the choke is pulled, I can give it gas while it’s choked and running it bogs down shakes extremely bad and dies, I have replaced fuel lines, fuel pump, rebuilt the carb, water pump, spark plugs and also made sure it was in time. I’m lost on options as to what could be causing my issues. Can someone please help
