    We actually miss the upper washer in the waterhouse , it was noone there before and it worked fine.

    Thanks for your reply , i think we don't have enough water in the barrel high enough to insure the pump is primed. We double checked the LU today and everything is properly done , the water tube is connecting with the pump.

    in my opinon it sounds not like the battery is the issue here. Your engine always starts am i right? It could be a fuel/ignition related problem.

    Hi me and my brother changed impeller yesterday but i suppose something went wrong because i cant move the prop to any direction after i put the gear in reverse. The prop spins freely in neutral and ratchet in forward but its locked in reverse The outboard is an mercury 50hp 4 stroke from 1997.
