    folding tongue with hydraulic surge brakes?

    Is there any reason why I cannot add a folding tongue kit to my trailer that has hydraulic surge brakes? I assume I could use a rubber flex hose to connect the lines on either side of the hinge and it should work fine. Anyone out there done it? Or seen a factory setup? Randy
