    Alpha 1 noise when turning

    My stern drive makes a noise when turned all of the way at slow speeds. It only does it when moving slowly. The noise is a chattering sound.

    I would like to know what gear people would recommend I haul my boat in. I have a 1998 GMC Sonoma with a 4.3 V6 with an automatic transmisson and 3.42 gears. The setup i will be hauling weighs about 2800 lbs.

    will this truck pull this boat?

    I have a 1998 GMC Sonoma 2WD with a 4.3 motor and an extended cab. Will this truck pull a 18 ft. boat with a dry weight of around 2500 pounds? I am worried about it pulling it up the ramp.
