    on a volvo with the raw water impeller mounted to the crank snout, the bag wont work. as Alldodge pointed out, you need water pressure to push water to the impeller. you would be better off getting a volvo neutra-salt system and just hitting the button as you come to the trailer.

    If you're into that, go for it. Me, I take one of my many dwell meters, set dwell while doing a spring service, then don't think about it again for a year I normally set dwell while cranking as I am adjusting the points

    Hydraulic seals last about 15-20 years Most like the piston seals are leaking and bypassing the piston. Easy test, lower outdrive, pull the up hose, then press down. If the piston seals are bad, oil will come out the ports up ports in the cylinders

    Have insurance and wear PFDs. It may be ok, it may sink Since rot starts at the keel and goes up, and the floor rots 10 years after the stringers. I personally would want to fix it before bringing loved ones on board
