That's why I keep asking @Scott Danforth comment
It's my assumption that the later Gen "might" (note the might) not have the block opening. I can do the research but Scott knows it
The 2BBL isn't an issue but the manifold is, the Mans have different bolt patterns
Assuming you have a mechanical fuel pump so you would need to go electric
Apologies, don't know why I didn't see fuel pressure, still looking for compression
Being a Fi so it's a Ford and your fuel pressure is ok, list between 31-39 psi
Changed title to Fi
Have not tried Turkey hunting, just watching KY Afield they show how it can be so easy and how it can be so hard.
In KY you can hunt Racoon, Ground Hog, Coyote can be hunted year round
I see it all as bad connections.
Most with this kind of issue they clean a connection or two which is good, but need more clean. Look close at the lug and under the insulation jacket. Most forget about the grounds, but they are very important
Not judgemental at all, you rolled the dice and you won, same is if someone decided I'm not going to change the oil in my car/truck and I sold it with 150K miles and it's still running. Yaah you win
