    What type fuel hose?

I didn't realize you were talking about the hose under the cowl. Standards do not apply to the hoses on the engine itself. Usually the dealers simply sell the fuel line in rolls by the foot. Mercury purchased BRP, so your best bet is to go to a mercury dealer and get as much fuel line as you...

    What type fuel hose?

I don't know anything about canukistan but in the US the USCG has stability test and floatation requirements for recreational small craft. For example, to much power can cause to much heeling at speed, causing the aft gunnels to go underwater. To much weight will affect the cockpit drain system...

    What type fuel hose?

See above. That hose is rated SAE J90. Marine fuel line must be rated SAE J1527 to be compliant.

    What type fuel hose?

No it does not. Machinery would be something that burns a fuel (generator, inboard engine) For an outboard-powered boat the requirement is the fuel hose you use must say SAE J1527 on it. If it says that on the hose you are good to go, if not, then the hose is not compliant. Others have said...

    What type fuel hose?

OP didn't post enough information about his boat to make the proper recommendation. Is the boat an inboard or an outboard? Is there any machinery in a common location as the fuel lines?

Fiberglass cracking - BRAND NEW R4 Surf 2023

If you can physically hear/feel flexing underfoot there is a latent defect in the hull and it wasn't laid up thick enough in the mold. It may or may not be able to be repairable. Taking it to the dealer is always the first step, they may or may not be able to fix it. Depending on the feedback...

    Carburetor question

It's likely from bacterial growth. You can always give bleach a shot but if that doesn't work there is a product made specifically for bacterial pinking. It's called, wait for it, Pink Away.

Doral 360 - Water Trapped in Hull

No, no drain holes. If there were drain holes any potential CO leak from the engine compartment could find there way into the accomodation spaces.

2010 350 Mag MPI bravo 3 gaurdian mode issue. 5% power

Addimittently I didn't look up the serial number to check the ECM version, I just looked at the model year of 2010 and grabbed the 555 manual. That said, I looked at the PCM 09 manual, I don't see a code 61 in there (Skips right over the number). Specifically what smartcraft gauge are you...

    Carburetor question

Were you still having this problem when you bought it? Or did the problem occur after you bought it/checked the compression?

    Carburetor question

Black soot is often times a sign of low engine compression. So if you run out of ideas, check that compression.

Need Ideas/Advice/Removal of Broken Upper Vertical Shaft Bearing.

You "may" be able to get it off with an air hammer. But be real careful.

2010 350 Mag MPI bravo 3 gaurdian mode issue. 5% power

Maybe.... If the engine overheated and melted the FI wiring or melted an FI that would do it. Techmates a tough tool to work with as you can not read all of the live data at the same time. Plus if you have DTS techmate won't show you any of that stuff.

2010 350 Mag MPI bravo 3 gaurdian mode issue. 5% power

No. You may get a 2 beep alarm but you would not go into power reduction For the engine to go into power reduction limiting you to 5% power the engine is either overheating or has low oil pressure, or thinks that it is because of a sensor/wiring issue. Duplicate the problem and see what the oil...

Mercuiser 357 mag low compression on #6 (120 psi)

"OPs engine is a Mercruiser SBC 350 reman with anywhere from a 0.020 to 0.060 overbore sold as a "357" so it could be a 352 cube, 355 cube or 357 cube. Unless you look at the reman tag, neither you or I know the displacement.. you are arguing for the sake of arguing" You also have no idea what...

Mercuiser 357 mag low compression on #6 (120 psi)

So I have all the books. Service manual 17 is for 1993 through 1997 5.0 and 5.7 engines, which is not what OP has. Service manual 18 is for 1993-1997 V6 engines, which is also what OP doesn't have. To add to that, you wrote "to get to 200 psi cranking pressure, you need to have well over...

Mercuiser 357 mag low compression on #6 (120 psi)

Sure thing chicken wing In all fairness, the DF300 engine I was quoting is the older DF300 without the lean burn technology. The photos below come from that older engine service manual. However, I do have the manual for the DF350A engine, which does have the lean burn. That engine has a 12.1...
