    No the transom the stringers and the original floor are not rotted in the post I said the only parts that were rotten was the deck over , and one spot on the original floor in the back of the boat near the swim platform. .     Could be a spun hub in the prop ? Gonna check that tomorrow . Anyone know if the exhaust flap is a necessity on these units ? Worst case scenario if I don’t replace it ?

    Anybody know how big the gas tank in this boat is ? I mean I guess it could of been running out of gas …but what doesn’t make sense to me about that is I rant it for 30-40 minutes at 8-9 mph and it was fine…over 10 is when it would try to stall or bog down

    If I went over 8-9 mph it would kind of try to stall ….kind of like a car running out of gas but I ran it for atleast a half hour back to the dock at 9 mph and it never shut off so I don’t think it was out of gas I think my float is broken. Ran the boat all summer with no issues until today

    Not really loud, but like more vibrations, like it was wanting to stall, the sound is hard to explain..it was like a rumbling sound kind of but not loud loud…I only noticed it because I know how it sounds usually but if you were just someone that ran the boat for the first time you wouldn’t know...

    It’s had a full tune up last year and new bell housing new points new cap …I ran it for like 3 hours along the Oneida river . Like 2 hours in the lake before the river. It was fine all day until the way back to the dock.

    Anybody know if Volvo penta makes a stainless steel prop for aq270? Prop number is 814633 14x19Rh . ..all I can find is the same one I have ..think it's cast iron maybe or aluminum....not sure....it's original prop .... I can only get her to 25 thinking maybe stainless could pick up a few mph...

    Well I did take it apart and try to get it out nothing would make it budge. But now that I've had it out and it's moved around alot maybe it'll be easier...I do appreciate the help guys thanks

    Well I did have the original volvo prop on before it just had a few small chips in it and a little bent....that was mainly my speed problem.....baby picks right up with a brand new prop ....@jerryjerry05 any thoughts on the rest of the stuff in my last comment ?

    Yeah I found that grease fitting a few weeks ago...several shots of grease did quiet it down a bit so I'm thinking that's my noise....anybody on why the gauges would fluctuate at low rpms sometimes and engine try to stall ?
