    I pulled a guy off the ramp once. His trailer tires went over the ledge. All he had to offer me was a 1/2 bottle of booze. I took a swig without looking at what is was and thought I was going to die. It turned out to be 190 proof grain alcohol. I want to say it was called Graves.

    My buddy dropped off some bay scallops yesterday so I threw this together and it came out amazing. Scallops of course Pancetta Lemon zest and juice Garlic Scallions Sun dried tomatoes White wine Butter Heaven cream A wee bit of pasta water And salt and Pepper I went down very nice.

    Where did all the logs come from. Did a log raft break up or is this something that just happens? We are due for some 50 to 60 mph winds today but it’s pretty normal for this time of the year.

    I got a cheap set of those on Amazon a few years ago and for the price I’m still impressed. I even got into a jam on a job in the middle of nowhere yesterday and didn’t want to make the 45 minute drive to get the right bit so I used it on tile and is zipped right it.
