One of our fellow boaters installed one on his boat to get his wife in. Not sure how he did it but it worked. If I ever see him again I'll inquire. He is hauled out and he is gone for the winter to places unknown....
Had a friend that had that issue. Turned out his other buddy installed new bellows and accidentally poked a hole in the bellows with a screwdriver. I had to change the bellow for him. Sometimes its hard to see the hole.
