Just picked up this kit from Volvo for my 454. It all came in parts with no directions how to put it together. You wouldnt happen to have a diagram would you?
Anyone know about these mysterious things? I know I have seen them before, somewhere. But I have no clue where to find one, what it would look like or where or how it would install. A answer to any of these questions would help me out a lot on figuring this out.

1, Do I reuse the (lack of a better term) sleeves that are around the stock valve springs now?
2, Do I re-use the spring rotators that also came with the heads originally?

I just started my 454 build and need some help with a cam choice. This is the plan. Dip the block and hone the deck and cylinders to the new pistons and wrist pins I just bought. They are .210 Domed Speed pros. That should give me 9.38 to 1 with the heads I am using now (Peanut heads 14092360)...
