    Buy and install a 3 pole roller micro switch. Where the shift lever linkage passes near the engine block somewhere. My 1986 30 hp motor. DO NOT drill into a water passage. IF you do ? Drill and tap the 2 holes. Dry the holes. Coat the screws threads with some Silicone Rubber. will last over...

    Fuel pump is dying. It will keep getting worse. Then die totally. Been there. I rowed about 1 mile. I bought a pump repair kit by Evinrude. Opened the fuel pump over a white towel. Took kit and towel to my Evinrude dealer. Way to many parts and instructions.
