    Flat tire on haul-out today . . .

    I was doing interstate traffic speed. BANG !! we hit a road problem where the lane pavement was lower than the bridge pavement. I thought the front end and tire were damaged for sure. Checked at a dealer nearby. No damage. Changed tires to just below the maximum rated.

    I do not lke the corrosion of .....SOME..... of the bolts in a group. Looks like ...Plain ....old salty corrosion. Or even salty spray on the motor. Still need to check the marina / dock power outlets for correct grounds.

    I sure hope there is a S S BEAM in the engine beams. That amount of dirt along the Long beams is unusual. If boat was covered during none use.

    No Spark after Stator Replacement

    So very correct !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A shorted rectifier can overheat the coil wires under the flywheel. Causing them to burn open. With no voltage anymore.. A open rectifier can cause no voltage at the battery. No hope. Must use a volt and a Ohm meter to do basic tests.

    Prop problem

    S S props bend at WOT !! As do Titanium Props. Everything bends at FULL LOAD. Worry about the EFFICIENCY of any prop !! That can easily waste 25 % of WOT power. YAAAWWNN

    Washing down a boat counts as filling up the bilge.

    A friend had a older boat that would leak in water while docked. Pump would not tun on when it should have. Water built up. Then when was started. The float popped up and drained the bilge perfectly. We repaired the problem.

    The picture should help. (y) How were the underwater Scuppers sealed up or replaced with epoxy plates on the outside of the transom surface.

    Friend almost lost his brand new boat when the very low scuppers suddenly leakedin water. Zebra Mussels started to build up an hold open the lowest drain out Scupper flap. That became a common problem on New Trophy boats.

    Found a detailed description of yours. Interesting fact is it has deck scuppers. Does your bilge sump pump, empty the bilge completely ?
