    First time boat buyer question.

Re: First time boat buyer question. roscoe's right, good catch! Merc didn't make any 90hp 4-stroke in 1998, only their 3-cylinder 2-stroke oil-injection model, which is a reliable, sturdy and easy to work on engine, but more hard on gas. They start making the 90hp 4-stroke only in 2000, and...

Experience with Smart Tabs ProTroller series...

Although my boat, a 1991 Boston Whaler Outrage 17 (17'3"...

Need my batteries re-located on my Tracker Pro DV 17

Re: Need my batteries re-located on my Tracker Pro DV 17 I mounted my onboard charger under the console and put a 120v inlet on the front, so it's easy to plug/unplug an extension cord, and put a quick-disconnect plug for the trolling motor at the very end of the bow.

Can anyone tell me the make of my boat?

Re: Can anyone tell me the make of my boat? Found this one, which look exactly the same, but unfortunately, it's on an old eBay listing and described as a "PP Jet boat with a essex Ford v6" of unknown manufacturer :blue: Edit: Further research show it's a Dateline Bounty.

How to deal with snow on boat?

Re: How to deal with snow on boat? x2 I used to go the PVC way with my previous boat but found it's a lot of trouble numbering and storing them when not in use. Now I simply made a tall A-frame out of 2"x3" and cover it with a 20'x30' tarp tucked under the boat (I lift it from the trailer a...
