    to replace or not to replace?

    200 ocean pro. Water pump runs great when I run it off a hose. I have no clue when the water pump was replaced should I do it? For 60 bucks I should probably be better safe then sorry.

    If you jump the starter with a screw driver it turns over if you try the key you get nothing. Any ideas about what's wrong?

    I boat the boat less then a year ago. The motor started no problem. I had it sitting, did some cutting underneath the console. My intention was to rid the console of old wires that were not used. Does the key ignition require power to start the motor?

    Registering a trailer without serial numbers

    I boat a boat and a trailer. They have not been on the road or the water since 97 and, I need to register the trailer with a PA title. The previous title was lost. Also there are no serial numbers on the trailer. How do I go about registering it?
