    stringers and floor replace?

    just bought a 95 larson 194 sei, needs stringers and floor of course ,my question is should i do this while its on the trailer? the reason i ask is the windshield wont close ,does that mean the hull is being squeed? the overlap is about 3/4 inch.

    transom

    95 larson transom seems good... only seems soft in the 1st 2' does that mean its bad? a buddy of mine said to stand on the lower gear and jump on it and see how much it moved...did that, it moved about 1/4inch, its a 175 johnson ocean runner? gelcoat only has minor stress cracks...

    175 johnson 1995

    hey yall ive got a 95 larson sei 18.5' 1795lbs + 400lbs for the motor + 300 lb for me, my wife, and lets say another 100lbs for gas etc.. raker prop 20% pitch ,just a guess on what it should run? 45 mph? 175 johnson ocean runner v6 runs great! any guess is welcomed thanks!

    just bought a 96 SEI larson with a 96 175 johnson ocean runner "carb" boat is a 194 sei :gal tralier tandum ' motor runs great boat need stringers its a one owener so all in original shape,good deal or what? $1200???
