    weak to intermitted spark 1996 112 Evinrude

    I couldn't get motor started so I tested the spark with timing light and 3 of 4 cylinders sparks were both weak and intermitted. Could this be the power pack. I move the coils around to different cylinders but same result with timing light thats why I am leaning toward power pack? Any help...
