I have a 1997 force 50 it started to idle bad and not run good at wot. I remove card to clean it look what I found behind the carb. This is part of the dust cover on top of the flywheel. The fome in the top of the cowl. I removed it and cleaned the carb and replaced needle and gaskets runs good...
Need help 1997 50 hp will not idle. Starts when if push key in runs fuel out then stops. I put new kit in fuel pump this did not help blew jets out with carb cleaner this did not help also replaced plugs. What can I do now.
I have a 1997 Force 50 hp That has been getting harder to start when cold. I spray fresh fuel in carb it starts up quick. my fuel is from last year. What can i do to this fuel other than dumping it? I have about 5 gal in it.
I replaced the voltage reg on my 1997 50 hp force with one from www.powersportparts.net p/n 01-154-16. It cost $28.43 It worked prefect. hope this helps someone.
