    Guys, was laid up last year and boat wasn't used after winterizing in Fall of 2021. Just fired her up on the hose today and not sure if this is excessive water leaking out.     Thanks for the info on the Interlux BottomKote paint. Sanded the best I could and 2 coats of this makes the boat so much better looking. Nice that is doesn't rub off on me when I touch it. Thanks again!

    Thanks, I wasn't aware that there was a 2 part marine polyurethane that could be used "under" the water line. Do you know of any you can recommend?

    Jerry, scratch request above. Found a local shop that rebuilds them and he can rebuild starters all the way back to old car 6 volt starters.

    Jerry, I just replaced my starter with a "Sierra"branded one and mine doesn't stay up long enough also and am concerned on "cold" stat-ups. How do you rebuild the old one. BTW, I had to turn the key several times to get it to start. Thanks

    Serial Number - Force 70HP

    Anybody know where the serial number is on a Force 70HP? Somebody told me it was stickers attached to the motor but they are long unlegible.

    Anybody familiar with this area? I see from Google Earth shots they have a ramp with some decent sized boats docked nearby. Just wondering about water levels and how the tides affect launching. Looks like a nice run down to Lewes.
