My 1984 115 evinrude outboard runs fine at idle and low rpm, we checked the timing which is dead on 28 at full throttle. The full throttle is almost maxed and it will open all the way up, the cam goes to full open when at full throttle too. Every time I go to give it full throttle it hardly...

The pee hole for the water in the head unit is disconnected and I can not figure out where it is supposed to attach to. I have checked videos, looked for manuals even ran the motor to see if water came shooting out of somewhere. Is there anyone that would have a photo or diagram showing...
