    can't throttle up under load

    Advanced Timing problems

    I got a 78 75hp . I think the advanced timing base needs to be cleaned out and regreased. It doesn't move easily. When I move throttle up base does not move at all. You can move it by hand though. I know you have to pull flywheel, is there anyway to do that without removal tool?
