After hitting something last summer that popped the motor up, it now wont stay down in reverse. Motor raises, and lowers as it should, and does not leak down from raised position. No external leaks. Everything seems to work fine...

I filled my hull to just above what should be the water line, and let it sit for about 4 hours. To my surprise I didn't have a single leak.
My question is. Is Gluvit a future leak preventative, or just an existing leak stopper?
Is there any need to Gluvit a hull that doesn't leak?
