New, complete pump assembly has different hose connections. These are approx 1/4” npt size but are hydraulic type and size.
Drive is an MC-1.
1- anyone know what hose kit I need?

I am not having any luck finding an image of how to wrap the keep wire in the lower shift cable in the housing. I just want to make sure I don’t bind something else up when outdrive goes on etc.

Removed old gimble. Feeling inside I don’t feel a hole where the grease would come in from the grease zirk on the side of the gimble. Must be a thin slot?

I think I got my bellows on correctly. I noticed the clip on upper bellows popped into the groove. But no verification on the bottom. Pulled on it felt ok.
Feels tight, and when I push the bellows down against housing to square it up with face of flange it’s about 3” all around from face to end...
Took old senders off, attempted to remove boot, need a flex type driver. Loosend swivel pins.
Looking in there I probably need to replace the the shift cable. The trim sender wires were completely gone.
What else needs to be to be done for service while gimble is open?

Need a new shift interupt switch. Original Mercruiser part # 39670A28. Local shop said they aren’t available anymore. Does anyone know where I can get one or maybe aftermarket?

My engines serial number is 6123990, I’m Stuck on a couple things. My engine wire harness is from another boat, Or should say half of the assembly. The side with the male ends/ plug end came from different boat. Female side was mounted to my boat.

Wired up both solenoids with Merc versions. Previous 2 were both different and I doubt were correct. I wired them up the same from what I could tell,

Looking for a place to run the wire from the “ i “ tab on my oil pressure switch for the electric fuel pump.
Is it ok to use the positive side of coil, or does that rob to much power from ignition?
