Trim Cylinder line O-ring/cups

Is there a trick to removing the brass cup to replace the o-ring where the line connects to the trim cylinder? Mine is leaking ever so slightly.

See if item numbers 14 - 17 may help with a visual,
Thanks - it’s part 14 that needs to come out to replace the o-ring. Volvo and after market sells kits for these, but it looks like it needs to be drilled/ground out. Just trying to do my homework before attempting on a very expensive trim cylinder.

Looks like a drill out may be needed.
