removing rotted transom

i removed everything that was screwed thru the transom and it will not come out, could it be from being swelled up in the channels? and how would you remove it with out tearing it apart?

is there still some glass that is holding it in place ?? use what ever you can to get is out , hammer, prybar, grinder, is it lose at all ?? John

i managed to get it out in to solid pieces it was just really hard to get it up becuase it was tight in the aluminum channel that it was sitting in
