Yamaha rigging

Anyone have any ideas for a clean rigging install? Yamaha 130 v4 2 stroke. Was planning on using the rigging tube from Yamaha that fits into a corresponding motor well fitting. Only problem is my steering cable passes through this opening so not sure how to isolate the ribbed rigging tube from the steering cable? Looking for suggestions

They make bulkhead fittings where the hydraulic hoses do not come out of the rigging tube opening.

I have a mechanical steering cable. Should I drill a hole and run another grommet for just the motor stuff?
