Yamaha F4 4hp question

I recently ran across a really good deal on a 2007 4hp 4 stroke outboard for my dink.... I have been looking at yamaha specs for both the 6hp and 4 hp and all is the same execpt the carb.. Can i just re-jet my current carb with 6hp jets and have more power?? Almost every part number is the same except the jets needed. In thoery is sounds like a no brainer but would like to hear others input.

I bought the motor with very little hours for $500... or I would just get rid of it and buy another.
