I need to replace the power head on my 2003 V-Max 200hp 3.1L OX66 with EFI. I will be looking for a good used power head.
My question is, are all OX66 power heads the same? For example will a carb version work, or one from a different year model, or the saltwater series, ect.? Or do I need to look for something specific to what I currently have?
I am fairly new to Yamaha, but don't think mine is rebuildable.
