Should have the factory service manual as well on their site. Try calling Yamaha direct. I generally buy older motors used, but on ocassion have bought a couple new outboards. Always ordered manuals for the new motors directly thru the dealer or ordered from the factory. On my older motor purchases, found most of my service manuals on Ebay.
