I have a new to me 2001 yamaha 130 v4 2 stroke. Previous owner cut the oil hose about 2 feet hanging outside the motor. Does the rubber oil hose from the remote mounted tank run all the way under the hood to the main tank or am I supposed to have a different material hose under hood? If so I would need to join the rubber hose to the other material hose obviously. I don't have another to compare it to so sorry if this is a stupid question..

I'm thinking it's a good idea to change the under cowling fuel hoses. Instead of buying all the individual hoses do you know what size that fuel hose is? Might buy it in bulk instead. My gas hoses feel pretty hard to the touch is the reason I'm thinking of replacing them. Thanks
